New business manager Angie Christie joins our Didsbury office, bringing with her a host of property experience.

The dynamic group of people who form the Philip James Lettings team has recently welcomed a fresh face to further bolster our provision of property services. Angie Christie has joined the office in Didsbury as the New Business Manager. Angie brings a fantastic skill set and a wealth of industry knowledge to our friendly and professional Lettings and Property Management office on School Lane.
Angie has worked in property for 15 years, so she is well-versed in all aspects of lettings and management and has in-depth knowledge of the North West market. With previous employment including a number of prestigious Cheshire based agents; Angie was the perfect fit to join our South Manchester team as she also has an unfaltering commitment to customer service.
Excited about her new challenge, Angie said: “My role here as New Business Manager enables me to build strong working relationships with South Manchester’s landlords. I take pride in delivering a personal, tailored service to our clients and will always take the time to meet landlords and listen carefully to any concerns they have. ”
Angie hopes that by having a single point of contact, South Manchester landlords will enjoy a higher standard of service and individual attention for their properties. She added: “If there is one thing I have learnt over the years it is that landlords are often very short on time – they may have families, demanding full-time jobs, multiple properties, live abroad – or all of the above! This means maintaining a property and dealing with tenants is something that they can’t manage on a reactive, daily basis.
“Myself and the rest of the Philip James team are here to remove any hassles that may come with letting property and to make the experience an enjoyable one.”
Angie is ARLA (Association of Residential Lettings Agents) qualified, which means clients can be assured that they are dealing with a trained professional.
