Investment Consultancy
Once you’ve registered with Philip James Investments, we will start to source investment stock for you.
- We will visit the properties in person.
- We’ll source 2-3 properties that meet your requirements and provide a detailed, bespoke, property brochure.
- We will also provide a 5 Year Financial Forecast.
- We will liaise with you and the seller, instruct solicitors and surveyors on your behalf, correspond with your financial advisor and push the sale for completion within 8 weeks.
